Questions?Email Flex Well Physiotherapy Center

1. Who we are

Flex Well Physiotherapy Center is a clinic located at Street 19, J Sector DHA 2, Islamabad, Pakistan. In this policy, “Flex Well Physiotherapy Center”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the clinic and its authorised team.

2. Information you choose to provide

You may provide your name, telephone number, email address, preferred appointment time and a brief description of what you would like help with. You may also share information when you call, email, message us on WhatsApp, or communicate through our social-media pages.

  • Only share information that is reasonably necessary for your enquiry.
  • Do not use the website form for emergencies or highly sensitive medical records.
  • If you provide information about another person, you should have their permission to do so.

3. How the website enquiry form works

The current appointment form prepares a message on your device and opens WhatsApp. The website itself does not save the completed form in a clinic database before WhatsApp opens. Your message is sent only after you review and send it in WhatsApp.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled through WhatsApp and Meta systems under their own privacy terms. Calls and emails are handled by the relevant telephone and email providers.

4. Technical and third-party information

Our hosting provider may process routine technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, approximate time and error logs. We do not currently use first-party advertising or analytics cookies.

The embedded Google Map may allow Google to process device, browser, location or cookie information when the map loads. Social-media links take you to external services only when selected.

5. Why we use information

  • To respond to questions and appointment requests.
  • To arrange, confirm or change clinic visits.
  • To understand which service may be appropriate to discuss with you.
  • To maintain clinic safety, prevent misuse and protect our legal rights.
  • To comply with applicable professional, regulatory or legal responsibilities.

6. Health-related information

Information about symptoms or treatment may be sensitive. We limit access to authorised people who need it for clinic operations or care. A website enquiry is not a substitute for a clinical assessment, and sending a message does not create a therapist–patient relationship.

7. Sharing and international services

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us communicate, host the website, display maps or maintain security. These may include WhatsApp/Meta, Google, email and hosting providers, some of which may process information outside Pakistan.

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect a person from serious harm, respond to lawful authority, or establish and defend legal rights.

8. Retention and security

The website does not currently retain submitted form entries. Messages received through WhatsApp or email may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, administer appointments, maintain appropriate clinic records, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet or messaging service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please choose carefully what you send online.

9. Your choices

You may ask what personal information the clinic holds about you and request correction or deletion where appropriate. Some information may need to be retained for clinical, legal, safety or record-keeping reasons. You may also choose to contact us by telephone instead of using third-party messaging services.

10. Children

This website is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly invite children to submit enquiries independently. A parent or legal guardian should contact the clinic for a child or young person where appropriate.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the website, clinic practices or applicable requirements change. The current revision date appears above.

For a privacy question or request, email flex.well.physiotherapist@gmail.com or call +92 309 7708828.

These website notices are provided for transparency and general operational guidance. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified Pakistani lawyer regarding the clinic’s complete legal and regulatory obligations.
